Sargento Foods, Plymouth, Wis., introduced Balanced Breaks, a snack pack combination of natural cheese, roasted nuts and dried fruits. The 1.5-ounce individual-sized trays are sold in a 3-pack for a suggested retail price of $3.69.

The cheese snacks come in four varieties:

• Natural White Cheddar, sea-salted almonds and dried cranberries
• Natural Sharp Cheddar, sea-salted cashews and cherry-infused cranberries
• Natural Pepper Jack, honey roasted peanuts and raisins
• Natural Sharp White Cheddar, sea-salted cashews and golden raisin medley

Each on-the-go snack pack contains 7 grams of protein and 200 calories or fewer. They can be found at all major retailers across the United States.
